First 90 Days® Resources with Virtual Coaching helps you reach full performance faster with the one-to-one expert executive coaching attention and toolkit you need to effectively plan and execute your transition into your new role.

Based on your answers to the Coach Selection Questionnaire within, we will match you with a First 90 Days® certified executive coach, who will meet with you online one-on-one for five one-hour coaching sessions over three months. You schedule the sessions directly with your coach with the help of your dedicated Genesis Project Manager.

Your coach will guide you through our First 90 Days Resources, apply them to your unique situation, and support you in creating your First 90 Days plan using the Transition Roadmap planning templates within.

Genesis has a global network of over 70 leadership consultants, who are certified by Genesis to coach and facilitate our proprietary First 90 Days® framework and methodology with:

  • More than 10 years of experience as executive coaches and facilitators
  • More than 10 years working in executive role(s)

The First 90 Days® Resources (FNDR) is an industry leading online program based on Michael Watkins business best-seller, The First 90 Days: Proven Strategies for Getting Up to Speed Faster and Smarter – from the Harvard Business Review Ideas with Impact collection.

The program empowers you to accelerate your transition into a new role, with a Diagnose—Plan—Deliver approach following a framework of eight core transition skills.

You will progress through the program at your own pace leveraging the insights, advice, and diagnostic tools provided to:

  • understand your transition challenges
  • assess the technical, cultural, and political challenges you face
  • identify how best to align with your manager and peers
  • establish goals and strategies for the first crucial months in your role
  • build your team
  • identify and secure early wins
  • create supportive alliances

Throughout the process, you will capture insights and actionable next steps in the Transition Roadmap Journal template provided – your First 90 Days Plan. You will also be guided in creating a Roadmap Summary Plan – a high-level outline of your First 90 Days Plan that can be shared with your manager and other key stakeholders as desired.
